There is currently a limited amount of membership available for new members, you will have to pay a one-off joining fee of £25.
Day tickets are however available from two sources, Green’s & Pontllanfraith Leisure centre, there are further details on this site.
The aim of our club is to promote & control fishing of waters owned by or leased to it.
The club is run by an Executive Committee that meets each month at the FForestier Walker Club in Cwmfelinfach.
The Clubs’ fish are currently stocked by Exmoor fisheries and have provided superb sport for the last 4 years, we have a proven method of stocking throughout the year, which means there is always the chance of a fresh stockie or an over wintered fish. All waters contain Brown trout, however Penyfan in particular is known for its fine specimens which have grown on. The club also stocks Blue trout, and the “Islwyn hatrick” , has become a challenge for a days fishing – rainbow, brown & blue in one session.
